Everything is green in Chiang Mai

Thats what I love about rainy season. Everything is GREEN. Looking out the window of my office I see green bamboo and a palm tree. So pretty. Oh sure, I can also see the bars and screens on the window, the living room air-con and the neighbours house. But today I choose to only see the green !

I don’t particularly like the rainy season… it is not so good for photographers.
Die Schönheit der Regenzeit, hat vielleicht eine gewisse Ähnlichkeit mit der Schönheit des Herbstes. Dieser beginnt jetzt bei uns, alles färbt sich langsam in allen braun, rot, gelb Farben. Am Morgen kann man im leicht verwehten Nebel über die Wege galoppieren… bei sage und schreibe Temperaturen von 3°Cel. Die Sonne zaubert goldenen Farben und wärmt schwarze Tshirts und schwarze Hosen wunderbar auf! Die Sitzheitzung im Auto ist aktuell wie nie! LG Anne
The rainy season eh? Can’t say I miss the flooding and slow moving traffic but there’s something very refreshing about a huge torrential downpour in that heat over there.
