The temperature has gone down a lot. Today its only 33º C. After our outing to the park I have piles of washing. Thank God I have a washing machine. Its a top load and only works with cold water. The controls are digital 
and the machine plays a little melody when the program is over . All very fancy really.
We change clothes every day. Thai people are very sensitive to the way farangs smell. I often make this comparison. In Switzerland we once had 3 african guys stay at our place. I tell you.. they had a different ’smell’ and it was one, that I , being in swiss environment did not like. To the africans we smelt bad too… like milk gone sour. To the thai we smell bad. Unfortunately many farangs forget personal hygiene as soon as they land in Thailand. They walk around in the same T-shirt for days and some don’t even wash… yuck. Anyway, the way you are dressed in thailand IS a big deal
