I use to live close to Papau New Guinea. I lived in Guadacanal, Solomon Islands for a year and a half. That was a very long time ago before the civil war broke out. That part of the world is certainly beautiful. I could have lived without the mosquitoes though!

"To love and to be loved"

So true.

Reading your post made me think about home - It's weired with me, as soon as I'm home (UK) I want to get back to Bangkok. When I'm in Bangkok I have moments when I want to go home! Strange hey?

As being one who is far away from home, I think we always think of our family (home (or our comfort zone)), whenever we have bad days. I don't think it's about the place where we live matters, but it's the people arround us that matter.
