This is when I regret not having spent my one euro on the lottery or when I realise that the little pot of gold at the end of the rainbow would come in handy if only I could somehow cross those pesky bands of color. If I knew I could get a decent rent on a good property, well it's a win-win situation right? How long do you figure on staying in CM anyway? I won't be retiring for at least 10 years!
