Red cross or Swiss flag?

I didn’t have my camera but if you live here you’ve probably notice how the red cross sign and the swiss flag get mixed up over and over ! Well, today I saw a pharmacy with a swiss flag over it

I saw the same in Ghana. It seems that the combination of colors does not really matter to a lot of people and it shows how detailed we Swiss are to even notice it…

You know how I used to memorize which flags belong to who? Obviously, in English, you can tell. Red Cross on white…duh. But in Thai, the Red Cross is “Ga Chad”. Doesn’t give you any hint. So anyways. Since the Red Cross helps people so the cross is like blood on a strip of bandages, red on white. And therefore, the other way around is a Swiss flag. Tada!
