Football Finals

Today the U13 ( and U11 I think) from various International Schools will be playing! Lets hope the CDSC (Christian German School) wins! I might go and watch my daughter play. The only problem is I have to drive 45 min and I don’t feel like!hmmm Also I have voice lesson at 2 pm and this evening is the annual Choral Society Concert ! We will sound great ( I hope lol) Dress rehearsals are always difficult and last night was no
different. We didn’t sing very well, sound wasn’t so good etc etc. But tonight, we will sing our hearts out. I love standing there with a whole choir. Its so different than playing in a band or singing solo. Not that I don’t like doing that ! Which reminds me, tomorrow is the last time I will play with my band.. sniff sniff. I’ll write more….. tomorrow! This weekend will be full of music and christmas songs !! Hark Hark

Good luck for your concert Lilian. Tonight we had a hugely successful performance of Messiah in Beijing’s Forbidden City concert hall — standing ovation and many encore calls. We’ve had nightly rehearsals (after long workdays) so we are so tired… but it’s worth it. So once again wish you and your choir a fantastic night. I am sure you will do wonderfully!
