Cleaning out the moat in Chiang Mai

At the moment many of the U-turn roads around the moat get blocked because there is a big cleaning project underway in Chiang Mai. The moat is being cleared out, mud, trash and other things removed. For this they use a digger that digs out the mud and dumps it in truck. I was waiting at a red light and was able to make this picture. Just looks strange with out water I think
