The leaves look a lot like a frangapani tree. Maybe its a different type to the usual white/yellow flower one. I love it though.

I’ve been googling frangipani’s, and this might be it.

has a bunch of them and about three-quarters of the way down there’s one that looks a lot like your flowers.
