New Visa Restrictions to China

China has imposed further curbs on business and tourist visitors, just days after it stopped issuing multiple-entry visas, Hong Kong travel agents said on Friday.. Yahoo News wrote today. I know 2 people who wanted to visit friends and have been unable to do so. Ironic, isn’t it? Most countries who host the olympic games are GLAD for all tourists who come, the tourists are WELCOMED not turned away!! Strange world we live in.

It may be a temporary measure to prevent foreigners disrupting the games in protest about Tibet or something……Although there are many reasons for Thai, Cambodian, Laos and Vietnamese to be displeased with the selfish attitude of China in damming the river mekong.
It is a strange thing. I wonder how the games will be with all this controversy.
