Yesterday I met a friend who used to live in Chiang Mai and is now back visiting. What a lovely break from all the farewell parties, driving, consoling crying children, shopping for our trip to Switzerland ( upps..I haven’t mentioned it? must be denial ..) farewell BBQs etc etc etc. We talked and talked and we talked. 3 years ago she left CM for her home country, planning to come back and was unable to. Till yesterday. And there she was. My friend.
