I’ve put my ear plugs in
to block out the sound of the whispering wind,
wooing me
to new,
exotic
distant
places.
But even in my dreams,
the whisper comes to me,
pack your bags
take out your walking shoes
and join the wind
to far
and distant places.
I get the same feeling regularly
