Day 11 that our internet AND phone line is down at home. We just have to wait now.. a worker is coming.. its taking him 7 fxxx days to get to our house… COME ON!!! I AM SICK OF WAITING !!!!

That is a long time… Imagine if I conducted my business over the internet (monitor my equities for example) it would be scary.
I think you deserve to get your money back for being unable to use the internet for several days, don’t you think?
28 days, Technician came and went and came and went still doesn’t work. The bill came, and today we will cancel the contract. Enough is enough.
