Yesterday my son asked me, ”mummy is it flooded now?” ( This is what it looked like.) I said, yes, it IS flooded. This is what you call flooded really bad. ”Really?” he said. Not sure what he was expecting ….This is the road to our house.. its about a foot deep and amazingly there is a current !Â
We will stay put for now. It would be tempting to drive around to see the flood, but with every car that drives past, houses get effected more and people loose even more. So we will stay put.
