11 years ago my daughter was born and had to spend her first 10 days on the ‘neonatology’ in the hospital.This year, we celebrated her birthday by having a disco. She invited her best friends over. After Spaghetti Bolognese, unpacking presents, musical chairs and another games they danced to their favorite music. I joined them a bit but I could tell some girls were embarrassed and I went and did a little dance, alone in the kitchen. The disco lights I bought were a great success and there in nothing like dancing to some twirling lights. FUN.
Next year, on my birthday we will do a disco night. Sorry neighbors, you aren’t invited…. but that is another story.
