We don’t have any decorations up, no baked cookies. I don’t mind but my daughter said yesterday, mummy you don’t even have a ‘Advents Kranz’. Besides the tea candles I don’t even have 4 same sized candles in the house. .. shameful. But I do live in Thailand and christmas isn’t here for another 4 weeks.. hmmmmm..
I could do decorating today but we want to go out to the jungle so no time to do all the stuff I don’t feel like doing .. phew…. Tomorrow, tomorrow.

I have tried those big ones and they didn’t have taste. Roasted grasshoppers are good though.
I haven’t gotten around to doing much about Christmas either but my mother did send Kepler an advent calendar. Is that what an Advents Kranz is?

I tried these things for the first time in Chiang Mai…the cockroaches are bit too bit and I just couldn’t eat the head…but the crickets are manageable in one bite… prolly not again though…lol.

I bet they look worse than what they taste. I reckon I could eat the bugs but I’m not too sure I could eat the cockroaches………..but I guess if I was really, really, really hungry……
Now THAT’S an interesting Adventskranz! I’ve eaten fried grasshoppers and ants before but those big ones with the wings look really scary.

Ach, wir haben hier auch kein Adventskranz (es war zu teuer aufm Christkindlmarkt, sonst hätte ich’s gestern schon gekauft - hahaha, ich mache mir keinen selber). Naja, wir haben’s doch trotzdem gemütlich gemacht mit nem Teelicht. *LOL*
