This is what my Son5 has to take. He’s got bronchitis again. My daughter11 is on Antibiotics as well.
A friend from Switzerland said, why are you sick? It doesn’t get cold in Thailand. I guess she forgot that most of the flu actually originate in Asia. Secondly, flu germs get transmitted, no not through cold weather, but through large respiratory droplets. ”Direct contact with respiratory droplets or secretions, followed by touching the nose or mouth” As I read, children maybe infectious for up to 10 days and young children can shed virus for up to 5 days BEFORE their illness onset.
Thats why my kids keep getting sick. I’m so angry at the parents who send their kids to school with a fever and cough. Only yesterday a mum told me that she sent her daughter to school with a fever and she smiled and shrugged it off.
Please, keep your sick kids home and give mine a chance to get well !!!!

Sad to hear your kids are sick again. Hope they get well soon.
I don’t know about Thailand but here one of cause of flu are the aircons. Inside buses, malls, restaurants and moviehouses it can be very cold. Outside it is hot, than you get cold inside and when you go out it is hot again. I get colds that way.
And yes, children who are sick transmit easily flu germs.

Hope the kids get well again soon. It’s irresponsible that some parents send there kids to school when they are ill.
Warum Eltern ihre Kinder immer wieder krank in die Schule schicken ist mir schleierhaft. Manchmal denke ich, dass sie dies nur tun um selber ein paar Stunden Ruhe zu haben! Es ist doch weder für die kranken Kindern, noch für die Gesunden lustig, lehrreich so in der Schule sitzen zu müssen. Und das Argument; „ich lasse meine Kinder nicht Zuhause, weil sie sonst etwas in der Schule verpassen“ zählt meiner Ansicht nach nicht. Der Schulstoff kann nachgeholt werden… wenn man will.
