Hope they get well soon. I don't know about Thailand but here one of cause of flu are the aircons. Inside buses, malls, restaurants and moviehouses it can be very cold. Outside it is hot, than you get cold inside and when you go out it is hot again. I get colds that way. And yes, children who are sick transmit easily flu germs. Sad to hear your kids are sick again. Hope they get well soon.

Manchmal denke ich, dass sie dies nur tun um selber ein paar Stunden Ruhe zu haben! Es ist doch weder für die kranken Kindern, noch für die Gesunden lustig, lehrreich so in der Schule sitzen zu müssen. Und das Argument; „ich lasse meine Kinder nicht Zuhause, weil sie sonst etwas in der Schule verpassen“ zählt meiner Ansicht nach nicht. Der Schulstoff kann nachgeholt werden... wenn man will.
