      
    Yes, World Cup fever has hit my home. Some friend were at my house and we watched the first game. My Daughter11 went the german school and watched it there, and my Son9 got woken up at 11pm to watch the game that went till about 1am. They will never forget the night they got to get up at midnight to watch the first game. How exciting !! (yes, today we are all very very tired but who cares !!) We were very thrilled when Germany won ! Unfortunately UBC isn’t covering the World Cup. I can’t figure out why. So we first watched it with Thai commentators but we all had so much to say that we then became our own commentators. Amazing how many wrong decisions were made on the field. Ha,ha,ha, the experts are truly those on the sofa with a beer in their hand. No we aren’t torn with loyalties. We just hope Germany will win and that the Swiss play a good game… but the t-shirts we bought are Germany t-shirts 
Hmm no swiss t-shirts?! Were not yet occupied from our big neighbour… our did I missed something while I was away the last 2 1/2 Weeks

A bit late I know – Happy Birthday to you! At least you had an original swiss chocolate fondue, or was it german chocolate!?
