Near 1/3 of the population smokes here. Luckily, harder times arrive for smokers, as in all of Europe, and now there are some discussions to forbid smoking in some places (mainly public buildings). In some cinemas and in the university it is already forbidden. Also, since October 1st in the building I work. But you should wait at a tram station and see how many butts there are and how many people smoke, is unbelievable.
