Two weeks ago we returned from Switzerland. Here in Chiang Mai its been rainy, rainy and more rain. Amazingly there hasn’t been any flooding and we are holding our breath. On the weekend I would have really like to visit in laws, then my brother and today I’d like to drop in and visit my parents…. There are somethings that the warm weather and thai smiles can’t replace and that is family.
Alone in my office working late after office hours and reading this realy makes me miss my family to. Just met my sister and her husband last week. The last time I had seen them was in Feb. Haven’t seen my parents for a long time too.

I find that rainy weather makes me miss my family and friends more than any other. I think it is because that is exactly the weather that makes you want to curl up with cup of tea for a chat, or maybe share the banana bread you are baking. Hopefully the sun will come out for you soon!
