Get your car washed in Chiang Mai

One of the things I totally enjoy about this country is, that I have the option to get my car washed for me. I often do it with the kids, I think its good for them to learn and we usually have fun splashing around. But yesterday I decided to get it cleaned. I had to do grocery shopping at Lotus, Tesco and I just drove my car to the car wash place, droped off the keys and 50 min later, with a trolley full of food, I picked up my car. Washed on the inside and outside. And all that for 200 Baht. (sorry I didn’t get a picture.. I’ll try to remember next time.)

Here you’re only supposed to wash your car at an official ‘washing station’ - and you can’t do it on Sundays. If the Ordnungsamt catches you washing your car at your house, you get fined.
