I have to go there each time I leave the country (they are supposed to check if I didn't do anything wrong and if they allow me to leave the country). Of course they don't check anything. I just need to pay a fee for their "work". Then I have to go every January to pay for the renewal of my VISA. Nothing bad, only a lot of paperwork and a loss of time & money.
