Did you know that Chiang Mai has an International airport?
For example you can fly to Phuket, Bangkok, Mae Hong Son, Chiang Rai, Luang Prabang, , Kunming, Yangon. Taipaei. When ever I think about that I really think I should go and book a ticket and get out of here !! Well, I’m trying to book a ticket to Singapore. There was a promotion on Tiger Airways that you could fly to Singapore for 1000 Baht. Well,I missed the promotion. It’s gone up to 6775 Baht for a return ticket. Not bad compared to Silkair which is 11,200 Baht! I booked online and then it processed and processed and processed. Anyway, the whole thing got lost or something. I phoned the ‘call’ centre and they didn’t have my name in the computer.
So to day I booked some flights online, I’m still waiting for the email that will let me book for the rest of the family. I hope it will work out !!
June 19th.
Ok, I finally got the booking paid and confirmed. We are going to Singapore!!!!! I had to phone about 4 times, the emails they promised to send me never got sent, then, after I had phoned I got the same email 2 times. Better two than one, right?
So now I have a copy of all the tickets I’ve paid for. I hope it all works out !
For inland flights I can really recommend Nok Air or Air Asia. You can book online and you don’t need to go to any offices or anything. Just check- in with your copy of the booking. Thats you ticket. So cool !

Nina wollte mit AirBerlin nach Hannover und ich hab ihr einen Flug nach Berlin gebucht! Ist ja auch verwirrlich mit AirBerlin nach Hannover oder?!
Zwei Wochen später haben wirs dann rausgefunden -).
Zum Glück konnte ich den Flug noch umbuchen (kostet jetzt halt 100€ mehr).
Hmm muss mal schauen wieviel ein Bath wert ist 6775Irgendwas tönt für mich teuer… ich glaub es war durch 20 ok dann wärens noch 339CHF geht ja noch.

I hope you’ve got your flight confirmed and will manage to book the whole family on the same plane! I make quite a number of online bookings, usually EasyJet to London. Cheapest rate Basel- London sfr 9.90, an offer as good as Tiger Airlines! Check out if you wouldn’t find a cheap flight to London to visit us while we’re there!!!
