My youngest son is 4 1/2 and was born in Chiang Mai. He has been to Switzerland, once when he was 6 weeks old and once when he was almost 3. Obviously he doesn’t remember much. He remembers who had the biggest collection of Lego Bionicle 
Anyway, we were invited for lunch at a friends place. She cooked roast, baked potatoes, beans and carrots. We served the youngest first, of course and then when he had his chicken on his place asked : Where is the sticky rice. I explained to him that where we come from you don’t eat sticky rice with chicken. You often eat potatoes. He was so upset that he refused to eat any chicken ! After all, we ALL know that we ALWAYS eat sticky rice with chicken.

I wish I’d live in a country where one eats more sticky rice than potatoes and carrots!
i like to make sticky rice. me and my boyfriend are looking for some good reciepes for things to eat with the sticky rice. i was wondering if you happen to have any recipes you might put up.
