Cats keep snakes away

.. YES, and our stray cats we have been feeding have killed the first snakes in our garden. Yippy, its already paying off. This wet season should be snake free… oh I hope I hope!!

And next, they’ll kill the geckos too! And cockroaches. Much fun!

We toyed with the idea of getting a cat to curb our snake problem but in the end didn’t bother. Having killed the krait (spelling?) we found and then chasing a white lipped pit viper out of the garden with a broom handle it all went quiet on the snake front. I guess they are more of a menace up there in Chiang Mai though. Can’t stand the things.
