Problems with emac
May 12th, 2007 by Lillian
My computer is broken. It just doesn’t start up. So we took it to the Mac shop to get it fixed. (Yes there are two Mac shops in Chiang Mai….) Something with the software something something something replaced and after a week we picked it up. Returning home, we plugged it in, nothing. It doesn’t work. My husband was so nice and took it back to the shop seeing I had to drive the kids… And at the shop the computer worked. It worked. Back home, 45 min later it didn’t work. How weird is that? I don’t get. Its like the computer is out to get revenge or make us look like complete idiots. Kicking electronic things often gets them to work.. should I or should I not try that?

What is the exact thing the eMac is doing.or not doing? Does it give out the Apple chime when you start? Does anything come on screen or does it remain blank? I am an Apple Certified Techie and do not mind pointing you and your hubby in the right direction on this repair.
I very much enjoy your blog. Just started one of my own to write mine and my friends first date stories. Also let me know if you have some.
