How much fat (or anything) should I eat? Get your recommended daily calories and grams of fat using this quick and easy test!
Below are Covert’s recommendations for your my fat and calorie intake.
Percent of total calories from fat: 10%
Total recommended calories per day: 1000 to 1400
I found a great webpage with photos and because have no idea how many cals a meal has its fun and helpful to look at myphotodiet
On this page you can get cals counted for you.. eg. Sweet and sour chicken with rice has 420 cals. Red curry chicken has 410.

i bust my diet every morning by drinking a huge cup of brazilian coffee … with lots of condensed milk, uncondensed milk , and real milk ..

Hey, I found your wesite through Expat women. Have you seen the web site www.sparkpeople.com? It is really great. It will calculate calories, fat, fitness…. You can put in your excercize levels and daily food and excersize and it will calculate if you have eaten enough, too much, not excersized enough,… It is worth a look. Good luck.
