Can't the military station a few soldiers with rifles at EVERY guard gate to the school - and some inside the school grounds so that at LEAST the crazies aren't shooting teachers in the heads IN FRONT of the students? Do they care that much or no? I think no. Something MAJOR needs done because it's so horrifying.
