Killer Insects 2

7pm, my kids and were ready for an insect invasion but nothing happened. 8 pm and we could hear some voices. So some of us went out and watched. Three men, not dressed in protective clothing lit a fire on a stick then, lit the hive which was about as big as a football. And that was about it. After watching the hive fall I told my daughter it might be a good idea to go in, just incase any of those huge insects survived. We haven’t seen any since so they must have been taken care of.

that sounds like either a wasps or a hornets hive … we have a similar incident at my mom’s house … the guys who smoked the hive said they were going to eat it … which part i’m not sure …
