hi, i am moving to chiang mai for retirement reasons, can you assist me.
Vinnie send me an email per ‘contactme’ and I’ll try and answer some of your questions. Otherwise I can’t help… sorry.
I too contemplate living in CM, but worried about Pollution since i have a breathing disorder. Also wonder if a family of two can live on 63,000 bht a month, we want to rent.
William
thanks
Hi Lillian,
I went through your website, the infos you have here are really helpful! Thanks so much!
Hi, Lilian,
Just found your website by accident. I found it useful for anyone who wants to share their ideas and want to know about Chiang Mai from the eyes of “farang”.
For William Bobbitt, 63,000 Baht is enough for the family of two. This also depends on your life style.
The cost of living in Chiang Mai is not so high. If you still addict to European food, you’ll never miss it.

Great blog.
Just wished you were talking about other parts of Thailand, like Isaan, where we live.
I tried to find, but didn’t.
I post my information on http://www.koratmap.com
It’s also my way to share Thailand.

Thanx.. sorry can’t write about Isaan, I”ve never been there!
