I own a small condo at Riverside Apartments next to Sheraton, is this the Nong Hoi area you state floods?
I’ve only stayed in Chiangmai three times, bought the condo on first visit, but never got to stay there (long story, perhaps you saw my photo on front page of Chiangmai newspapers @ January 1?, I was conned by a local realtor, but actually had a nice woman attorney in Chiangmai get my condo from him), and am now worried that this is a place that floods often. I hope to move there in October, but now I am thinking maybe I should look in higher ground in Chiangmai.
