My daughter painted her room! I wasn’t well so I just let the kids get on with it. Luckily my lovely neighbour came and helped the next day to help finish with the painting. The colour is beautiful and the room looks great!
I bought some red paint for the living room which totally does NOT match the curtains… so if you want to buy 2x 1/4 gallon of strawberry red let me know

This month is breast cancer awareness month. This is a little post for a
friend who is fighting breast cancer. Petal, I miss you, I wish I were closer . You are doing the right thing. Hang in there!! We have alot of partying to do when you get back
I’m not sure how much awareness there is for breast cancer in Thailand.
I do know that there is treatment available.Women especially, lets remind ourselves, if it hurts, if something has changed and feels different on your breast, if you have a lump GO AND SEE A DOCTOR!! for more info go to this site.

I don’t know the name of this bug either. I do know that we seem to have alot around our house. At some markets you can buy them with a little string on their foot, on a stick of sugarcane. My friend got one to practice taking care of ‘’something” haha you know, like a pet. We throw them back over the wall when a cat brings us one

I just read this blog which is on my RSS feed. I think its very helpful and to save me from writing it why don’t you go over and read the whole post. Personally, my only concern would be if an airport is closed…Not being able to fly home after a vacation, to me is quite a stressful thought. Being stuck somewhere, with three children, waiting for a flight is not fun and expensive! Not to mention missing work, school etc. I still hope my bro and his family come in December.. but I would totally understand if they decide to go to another country instead!

“Don’t ask what the world needs.
Ask what makes you come alive,
and go do it.
Because what the world needs
is people
who have come alive.”
Howard Thurma
I wrote this quote a while ago but I needed to read it again today. I’m learning how to sing
classical songs, I’m reading through a Enneagram Personality book ( actually a couple) trying to understand myself a little better, I meet people
who I wouldn’t normal socialize with because they are interesting . I search the net for some good distant learning programs.
I want to live and learn and discover new things. I don’t want to miss a thing

My lower back hurts ! I sat in the same, uncomfortable position for too long yesterday . Now my muscles are all hard and it hurts! Sucks… it really does effect everything, I can’t go out, (of the house..) can’t sit at the computer long…. the pain effects my mood.. weepy and impatient. I hate laying low.. I was doing so good with swimming and jogging.. been feeling so good physically… after 24 hours that seems like a long time ago… poor me lol
Wednesday evening update.. my back is fine!! Thanx !!
