Powerhouse Gym Chiang Mai

I went to a new gym last week. Its been open for only a few weeks. I tell you, its nice ! All the equipment is brand-new and everything is really clean. I decided to join one of the group exercises. I chose Body-Combat. Here is what they write about it ”Anything more intense would have a rip cord! It was a GREAT workout. What pleased me the most was that I was able to do the whole lesson and I didn’t feel like I was going to die. I was a bit worried I’d have sore muscles the next day. The only thing that hurt were my feet ! We had to stand tip toe for a while and that is something I never do in the gym. I might go back from some more classes. Its fun working out with a group, once in a while.
